This oval skillet contains an inner core made of pure aluminum throughout the sides and bottom, and a hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel interior. It also comes with a long, stay-cool handle, riveted for comfort and strength. Great for accommodating foods that won't fit in a round fry pan, such as fish.
