As far as the quality of the non-stick coating, I have found it much more durable than any other brand I have used including Calphalon.

You CANNOT use forks, knives, steel wool, or stainless steel utensils in non-stick pans- no matter what brand... you MUST use non-stick friendly utensils (i.e. wood or plastic)- and I guarantee that the negative reviewers were not careful with their pans.

All-Clad has a lifetime guarantee that they truly do stand behind. I had a random rivet problem with one pot and they replaced it without question. If you were careful with your pan and it scratched with appropriate care then All-Clad will replace it. I feel this makes the All-Clad decision a no-brainer and risk free including the non-stick pans.

This classic, slope-sided fry pan makes clear why All-Clad's Stainless nonstick line is so popular. It's an imposing 14 inches in diameter (and 2 inches deep), which is large enough for a professional kitchen but fully functional in a home kitchen, and the nonstick coating allows you to cook with little or no fat for healthful meals. Its polished 18/10 stainless-steel handle is riveted to the pan for strength, grooved on the top and rounded on the bottom for comfort, and holed in the end for hanging on a hook or peg.
